Pheasant Valley Shooting Preserve and

Sporting Clays

has closed its doors and

is no longer under the direction of

 Jerry Townsend.

We appreciate all the thoughts and prayers from so many

as we mourn the loss of such a great man.

On October 15, 2012 Jerry Townsend, operator of Pheasant Valley Shooting Preserve and Sporting Clays was in a tragic ATV accident while coming out of a field with hunters. He fought for his life for 4 long months before he finally spread his wings on February 12, 2012.

This page will serve as a Tribute to the wonderful man he was and to honor his memory.

A link to the Caring Bridge Website that was created to document/share and learn about his journey is Here.

Check out the Memorial Slideshow In his Memory Below-

The Tribute Shoot in memory and in honor of

Jerry Townsend at Landt Farms Sporting Clays in Spokane, Washington on April 21, 2012 was a huge sucess and great fun was had by all who were able to make it.

Pictures coming soon..

We will also be selling some of the Pheasant mounts Dad had at the ranch in the hunting houses and his own if anyone is interested and the proceeds will go to Benefit the LaCrosse Community Pride Foundation- A cause that was near to his heart and something he was passionately working on in order to get a grocery store back in the town of LaCrosse.

The mounts are priced at $100 each. Please let us know if you are interested in purchasing any through the Contact Us Page.

Here is a link to Landt Farms- A fantastic sporting clays course that is a must see!
